I’m gonna guess it’s a late 40s lap steel
I think the extreme perspective is tricking us. I'm going to guess Yannis has about size 9 or 10 shoes which makes that case about 4½' long.
50s Musicmaster?/Duosonic? Not a fender case though. Hmmm. Tricky

Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

That looks crazy good. Great job by MB. With a bit more play on it so the body looks more in keeping with the fretboard that’ll look how it should’ve if people didn’t develop a hatred for paint in the 70s.

Thanks guys!
Yes it will definitely age gracefully...I anticipate it will yellow more over time as I leave my guitars out on stands.
I'll try and snap some more photos over the weekend.

Today is a day for gifs to explain my feelings on restored telecasters & jazzmasters
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

That paint job is worth whatever you paid for it I’d say. You did the right thing by a classic instrument.
Is it in the Nacho book?

Absolutely gorgeous Yannis!! The opacity is perfect and the aging as well. Congratulations again!
This isn’t some kind of metaphor

Thank you so much guys!
It looks so cool, it even has that halo effect they had back in the 50s, light checking but nothing crazy, and Mike worked some of the edge wear into the new finish.
I do't know how he does it, but I am glad he does it!
I will take some more photos tomorrow, I've been out and about all day and it's night time here in London....stay tuned!

That’s a great looking refin. I’ve been following MB’s work for a while. His stuff looks incredible.

100% and he is the nicest guy ever too...he loves offsets, I think he has a pre-CBS Jaguar, if I remember correctly.
