NGD: 66 Jaguar
Got this 66 Jag a few months ago but it's needed quite a lot of work to get it playing decently. Upgraded to Mastery bridge and witch hats. Then decided that the frets were almost gone so decided to get it refretted. My usual tech did this and did a great job. Partway through he discovered the neck pup was faulty and needed rewound. Along the way, it also needed a new Tusq nut and a Stew Mac shim.
It's now playing and sounding great - really pleased with it and well worth the wait to get it restored properly.

Nice one. Good score! Jags never had witch hats, but I guess that’s a personal choice here.

Yeah, I'm not a fan or the original Jag knobs - think they look more suited to a camping stove.
I sold my Johnny Marr Jag to part fund the Vintage one and now realise that I much prefer the traditional Jag controls rather than the JM version. I've found the rhythm circuit much more useful than the JM bright switches.
