Re: Vintage sunglasses cases....
isn´t that ladyjazzer´s JM?
Re: Vintage sunglasses cases....
I have had two, one with a 1965 Jag and another with a 1966 Telecaster. The few times I have seen them with their originial guitars in them, they tend to be mid 60's and custom colors. It appears as if it was an item one opted for when they were going 'all the way'. Don't be surprised to see a bodyguard (or traces of one) on the guitar as well.

They were more like SKB cases believe it or not. Just with more pleasent treatments done to make them look nice rather than plain plastic.

they hardly ever pop up on ebay...buit if they do, I might be tempted...
was brown the only colour, or did they do black ones too?

I was waiting for one of those to surface for my '63 Jag, but a nice white one popped up first.

+1
I absolutely love the look but they look so flimsy compared to the other cases
