It's not spring-loaded like some of the ones above but it's another one to consider I suppose.

I got one of these the other day...very nice...I find it works best with my acoustic, and the Dunlop's best with the Jazzmaster

Yeah, I bet it looks great on your old Gibson. It'll tarnish after a while & have even more VITNAGE M@J@.

Its not just about aesthetics either. I find them much easier to use than the spring ones or the ones with cloth straps & rungs.

Same here.  I have that exact capo in every guitar case.  You can never have enough, you know?  I prefer the Shubb Deluxe model.

Ha!!

I just took mine off & had a good search around for logos or inscriptions.

Its got SHUBB PATENTED △ stamped on the top but it's virtually worn away.

I never even noticed it.
