Thanks! I'm pretty thrilled how it turned out!
I’m definitely jealous of that one. I’ve always had a soft spot for that model.

Thanks, and I agree. The later version of the 360F doesn't get enough love.

Update, things i apparently hadn't posted here:
1975 model 450 (i believe?) with THE obvious mod FER MORE BALLZ
1965 model 365 cuz i wanted to know what a real classic Ric sounds and feels like. But the wiring is weird and the refret kinda huge. I've since put a Mastery on it, and also a new (improved?) vibrato tailpiece with a better angle.
Dunno if I'll keep it, though.
...and i kept modding the '75 model 480 cuz i need a vibrato. Will fully dimarzio it soon, too...
Needs a new nut.

Traded the Fireglo 330 posted earlier for a Les Paul. Missed it. Got a Jetglo 330 about a month ago. As much as I love Fireglo and it's THEE Rickenbacker color, on the 330 it's not my favorite because of how plain the guitar is.
Installed genuine Ric toasters, Winfield trapeze, Gotoh oval button tuners, and got silver plastics for it.

The silver plastics are sharp!

Thanks! I was unsure if I should just stick with the white, but was looking at lotta guitars and the John Kay 381k really stunned me, so that's the general kinda look I was going for - even tho obviously this is no 381!
Was going to install this push-pull pot with the bass cut switch with the pickups last night, but the solder on the case of the existing pot was being stubborn and I was exhausted from work. Job for another day.

For the tuners, did you have to drill for the new ones, and if so, are the old holes visible? Do you happen to have a link to the ones you got?
Thanks!

Hi,
They are same format as the stock Schallers and don't require drilling new holes. Oddly I couldn't find the link to where I bought them in my browser history and I don't remember where from, but here's a pic of the box with the part number. You'll have to use the original threaded bushing, but the Gotoh washers are also slightly smaller and look better than the stock large beveled Schaller washers, imo.
ETA: Stupidly did not search my email for purchase confirmation. Here's the link:

I love you. I've been searching for a small button tuner that I wouldn't have to redrill for. It doesn't look like the locking ones will work, but the standard seem to be fine. Thank you SO much, seriously.

Oh I love you too.
I think these are the same with locking posts. Verify the dimensions diagram, but they look to be the same to me.

The difference is the height of the post and hole for the string. The non-locking is 22mm (0.84") and the locking is 20mm (0.75"). The Rickenbacker headstock is a frustratingly thick 0.75" on its own.

Didn't a member of MC5 play one?
