Got this neck from smalltownsongs in the mail today. Warmoth neck with a nice finish on it. :) Loaded it on the body with the custom neck plate. :D

Nice! The wear around the edges almost makes it look like a bound strat. I always wanted to not like strats, esp burst strats but one of my favorite guitars is a 3tsb MJT strat!

I didn't like sunburst either early on. Seemed to overdone, but a good burst is something I have grown to love over time.

Ooo entered. I love mine but I would for sure enjoy a Fender replica. He said in an interview that he has a hard time telling the replicas from his actual one except it feels a little different and sounds a little different, but they are super close to his number one according to Mike.

Awesome job, that looks great! I've had the pleasure of seeing him play that guitar several times in concert. I was super excited when I saw the announcement for the signature model...and then I saw the asking price.

What made you go with a "Spin the Black Circle" theme?

Not complaining, just curious :)

Yep, signed up for that too! Funny, I really didn't like sunbursts for a long time, particularly on strats but I've really warmed up to them since I ended up with that strat body on my MJT build.

Interesting that Fender's site says 9.5", while the Sweetwater listing says 7.25"

...and now Sweetwater has updated their listing to reflect the 9.5" radius, but left in the part about it being "period correct" :wacko:
