Well peeps- last few guessing game posts I've done have been one-shot busts, so I've got a difficult one for you!
I'll keep the hints vague:
1) Not vintage as defined by the forum guidelines.
2) Not Made in America.
3) Not offset.
4) Not symmetrical either.
5) Oh yeah - it's a 12-string.

I'd say Larry is getting warmest (Country of manufacture is the same as most Danelectros) but aesthetically we're nowhere close yet.

I like how the designer, having used every compound curve and swoop that he had, when asked "Well, what are you thinking for the pickguard?" just said "eh, fuckit" and traced his drafting triangle.
