This bridge won't work at all, the saddles are in a different spot.. :fp:

Could you have the saddles filed a bit to lower the action a bit? Like a TOM sometimes does?

No, because the strings need to be lower than the saddle's highest point. So if i file the saddles, the strings won't make any contact with them..

A hipshot might be the only way... :unsure:

I bit the bullet and bought a hipshot, should drop right in. No modifications.

Should be a quality bridge, kinda ugly but hoping it's alright.

Got my hipshot today. Looks good, that being said..

I think im falling out of love with the whole Rickenbacker guitar / bass look... :unsure:

Ive been a big fan since my teens, but i think, I might be over it now... :ph34r:

But if lower action is what you seek, definitely get one of these ugly looking bridges.. You can dial in the perfect action. You can lower it down enough to touch the fretboard.

All the holes lined up perfectly too.

Doesn't look as cool, but yeah, it plays fantastic now.
