These are great guitars!
I have a 60s Tribute with P90s from 2011 (that still came with a Mahagony neck and a maple top) - I really liked the dark reddish-brown back as a contrast to the light top. It almost looks like a binding (which I wish it had).
But it‘s amazing how much nicer these stripped down „Tributes“ look in comparison to regular „Studio“ models.

For sure. The nice thing about it being less expensive is I shouldn't be as paranoid about it either. That's gorgeous! I like the look of the satin, but the non-flamed/non-quilted maple top is my favorite. That's a feature that I really prefer in Les Paul's.
