Fender expands Aerodyne range
Since most aren't offsets I'm dropping this here. Looks like an expansion of the Aerodyne line. Not my bag, but the green P-bass with a white pickup looks kinda cool. Wonder if they could give the Aerodyne treatment to a Jazzmaster?

I don't hate them, but the vintage style fender hardware looks extremely cheap on more modern-style instruments, the tele bridge plate in particular looks completely out of place.
I'm into the colors though.

Is there a supply shortage of pick guards?!! Where did they go? These look kooky without em, in my opinion.

This would be where I repeat my Taco Bell analogy, but even I'm tired of it.
Man, I wish Fender would do something different so I could let that one rest.

Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

Beat me to it!
And fwiw I actually kind of like the looks of Charvels. Not so much these.

It's just weird to me, because Fender owns Charvel, whose whole thing was making pickguard-less Super Strats and whatnot.stevejamsecono wrote: ↑Thu Sep 08, 2022 7:45 amBeat me to it!

So Charvel essentially made knockoff Strats with a twist, and now Fender owns Charvel, and is making Fender-branded Charvel knockoffs.
It's an Ouroboros of non-originality.

Oof! Yeah, I don't like any of these... and I even really like most of the older Aerodynes. Hell, I own one!
I don't think these colors fit, and I'm also of the opinion that most of them would look much better with pickguards.
