Fenders with humbuckers

For guitars of the straight waisted variety (or reverse offset).

Good point, but I think that is shows theres nothing really wrong with humbuckers in a guitar with a Fender scale length/bridge.

I think the issues the OP has had with humbuckers in Fender guitars is going to be down to those particular pickups and not the guitars.
