I have a CEO-7. It's a lot of things but it's not a guitar you can really dig into and get a great sound out of, at least I don't think. If I had one complaint that would be it - it really likes a light touch. It is an utter joy in the hands, though.

Back when I was looking to get into a small bodied guitar I considered a CEO-7 and ultimately decided I couldn't afford it and also I was leery of the V shape to the neck. Do you find that very pronounced on there?

I got over that, anyway, because this 12 fret L-00 of mine has a V to it, and I just love this thing:

I surprised that your CEO doesn't open up for you more than that, although I have to think that maybe that Adirondack top might still be opening up for you at this point.
Back in those days, everyone knew that if you were talking about Destiny's Child, you were talking about Beyonce, LaTavia, LeToya, and Larry.

The V was actually one of the features that drew me to the guitar. I absolutely love the feel of it!

I'm so ridiculous that I bought that 00 12 fret there thinking I could live with the V, and then and only then did I notice that the J-35 I had been playing for years also had a similar V.

So I guess I'm fine with it.
