King Snake Guitars?

This seems to be a high end Epiphone cover brand?

Look Japanese made?

Really nice headstock design. These have escaped my notice so far. Their about as expensive as gibsons. I'm intrigued.
If it wasn't for disappointment, I wouldn't have any appointments.

First time I hear about them. There seem to be a bunch on Reverb, also in various European and Japanese retailers. Archtops and Tele-based designs. Then I saw this model called Soulville - so sweet. I've been gasing for a minimalist of sorts recently, and this one would definitely scratch that itch.

Some interesting remixes too. Like, how hasn't this happened before? It looks so obvious to have the one pickup at the neck (they do a middle version too).

I'll have to track down the stats. I really like these so far. Expensive for me to import to the states.

I also don’t like the name. King Snake? Sounds like a metal band.

I do love that Detroit One model. It looks amazing.

But the name brings the voodoo blues shaman out of even a frail near retirement endodontist. :D

I like seeing accurate copies of some rarely cloned guitars like the ES-125 TD/Sorrento, where most "Inspired by" knockoffs really look wonky, but in this day and age it's a missed opportunity to only do the boring colors, shades of brown are fine but everyone plays blue Gibsons now ! Also too expensive for me but that's what second hand is for. And yeah, silly name.

The Detroit Four seems pretty funky, two mini hums but both at the bridge. Also really into the Curtis as I thought I'd get an ES-125 at some point and then prices went through the roof.
