To do a proper Beatles Casino you’ll have to remove the scratchplate & get rid of that awful tone-destroying finish too
Sunbursts and semis go together like a horse and carriage in my book. Lennon was an eejit!

kinda surprised they don't already do a natural style USA Casino.

feels pretty unlikely they'd go back to the nickel covered pickups since they just switched the royal tan ones to also get the black plastic pickups.
Maybe somebody at Epiphone read the spec sheet wrong and delegated the nickel covers to the Royal Tan ones instead of the Vintage Sunbursts and they're now setting about rectifying their initial mistake. I can only hope.

Harrison did it too. Apparently on the advice of Rory Gallagher.
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

This looks to be better executed than the fairly wonky looking 90s reissues.

Bizarrely I prefer the current reissue even though the 90s one has blocks. One of the few times I prefer dot inlays.

Would really like to see a Triny lopez with mini humbuckers from Epiphone.
The Sheraton looks ace!
