Seriously, why keep re-quoting the same pic over and over again?

7 times in one page? Let's rename the site to offsetboomers.com :squint: :freako:

Congratulations to Epiphone. Some of their stuff is great.

It is an amazing looking guitar for sure!

In the other end of the price spectrum, I have been really enjoying my Epiphone Coronet. Killer guitar for not much money. :-*

How’s the sound compared to the P90 on the SG special?
It is ruder and louder, and frankly hand on heart, it is better sounding than the bridge pickup on the SG which is smoother and a bit more refined.

To be fair they are different sounds...but the Coronet is louder acoustically and resonates more....and just rocks more.

Both guitars are cool, but in different ways. :-*
I’ve never played around with P90s to consider that they might be different beasts. But I like the idea that the Gibson is more refined, and the epi is the punker.

8 and counting…
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

P90s always sound good to me. Somehow I don't have a guitar with them in

I’m really enjoying the Casino for that reason, as well as the loudness when played unplugged. P90s are like the Jaguar sound I always wanted- articulate & punchy, with a bit of body.

This looks to be better executed than the fairly wonky looking 90s reissues.
