Re: Cross Guitars - projects and restorations
Just finished this Partstang. Originally, I wasn't going to put p90's in it but I got the pickguard off Blimpage
and the project just went from there.
I'm waiting for a stock neck to pop up on Ebay but in the meantime it has an Allparts neck.
I wired it with Tonerider p90's, CTS pots, switchcraft etc. It sounds great!
*note, It has the "correct" mustang control plate, he he
and the project just went from there.

Popped a new neck on my old bass build.
Redesigned headstock. I think it suits the body much nicer.

Wow!
Just got these pics from Custom Guitar Works in Melbourne!
All my body patch up work has paid off.
They've done an amazing job. It was very expensive but totally worth it.

Looks so good Pat! You'd never know what that routing used to look like. I can't wait to see this bass come together once the paint work is completed.

Me neither. Can't believe the turnaround time was so quick. I was expecting it to take at least 2 or 3 months. I sent it off to them about 3 weeks ago.

Here's a finished Cross Guitars project. Cross '69 body and pickguard (Pat's take on the Fender Sixty-Six) with a Musikraft CBS neck finished in Shoreline Gold Metallic. This turned out way better than I imagined. Pat's designs and craftsmanship are amazing.

Re: Cross Guitars - projects and restorations
This absolutely rips
Also, what's the story with the blurred Mastery on your IG pictures of the Shoreline 66? Are they being dicks or something?
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?
