Should probably see it again on this page. Just in case.
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

Here's a 1962 Kay Swingmaster body I "Bigsby'd" by making a neck for, has a bizarre 25.75" scale length and only 18 frets. Lacquered Bakelite guard, resin printed knobs, sand cast aluminum trem, 3 Bigsby blade type pickups I made

I love the Bigsby necks on existing guitars. I would love to get an acoustic with one of these headstocks, like he did with some Martins back in the day IIRC

I've been having a lot of issues with this project but little by little I have been learning a lot more. After misaligning the tremolo system for a mustang I had to reimagine how to fix it.
Here is the concept.
Quick mock up with parts
And sanding and routing

This is amazing! Love it, especially the vibrato and the pickups!!
I've finally managed to paint a burst that I'm quite happy with, built the body from 'european' ash. Taking inspiration from my own 70s JM, I wanted the front to appear faded. Getting there, needs more buffing still! Now just need to start building the neck..
