has anyone mixed and matched pickups

I am think in my sg of putting a S.D. phat cat in the bridge and jazz in the neck

any thoughts

any experiences with either?

I had an SD Phat Cat in the neck with the stock hambacker in the bridge on my Greco for a long time.  Those Phat Cats are loud!

I've not used either, but I love mismatching pickups. My jagmaster (before I took it apart) had a s.d. pearly gates in the bridge and a gfs vintage split in the neck.
I could get a ton of tones out of it. I think the phat cat and jazz would be a good setup.

that Greco looks more apealing then any Les Paul Ive ever seen

Not with those particular pickups, but I've gotten a good sound with a Dimarzio PAF in the neck and a  Gibson P94 in the bridge  (they are similar pickups in a way).
