Guitar Anatomy Jazzmaster Blocks & Binding Neck- anyone have one?
Hi all! I'm looking for a B&B Jazzmaster neck and this caught my eye: https://reverb.com/item/44513534-jazzma ... arl-inlays
Checks pretty much all the boxes for me, but seems quite cheap...wondering if its a MIC neck thats dressed up a bit? Does anyone here have one?

What exactly gives you the impression this is possibly an MIC neck? I've never owned one of these but from the pictures, the quality, grain, shape and colors all look leagues better than most of the cheaper chinese stuff thats out there..
The description makes no indication as to anyone else making this and they have their logo on the heel, so i would think its safe to assume they indeed made this neck as they are claiming.

Reminds me of a thread on here re: Brio necks (which look nearly identical to these) and they were being ambiguously marketed as being made in Japan or Canada and the seller was being a little sus when people asked them about details.copacetic wrote: ↑Tue May 24, 2022 5:37 pmWhat exactly gives you the impression this is possibly an MIC neck? Here's an old Brio listing I found:

The GA necks do look nice for the money! Just would like to know if someone has seen one in the flesh.

What's up with these guys (Guitar Anatomy and Brio) not doing just dots and binding? Fuckers! RIO are you grabbing one of these?

I didn’t…after that thread I felt kinda sus about it. I mean I’m sure it’s a great neck but I just don’t like deceptively advertised stuff (if that was the case). Something felt a little weird about it. More importantly I didn’t have a guitar to put it onN0_Camping4U wrote: ↑Thu May 26, 2022 7:00 pmDid you ever grab a Brio neck? Yes, I have one. It’s going on a Tele Deluxe build but at the moment I’m having the profile sanded as I like shallower, JV/MIJ necks. Unlike the original Deluxes.RIORIO wrote: ↑Tue May 24, 2022 3:38 pmHi all! I'm looking for a B&B Jazzmaster neck and this caught my eye: https://reverb.com/item/44513534-jazzma ... arl-inlays

My tech is pretty impressed with the quality. So it may work for you if you like a beefier neck.
I could put some pictures up when it’s done in this thread. But it’s been in the works since 2020 so it may still be a while!
Standard finish is pretty glossy but the neck seems good to me.

Good to know! How were the frets and overall finish when you got it? Did it need a bunch of work?Ozone7 wrote: ↑Thu May 26, 2022 10:40 pmYes, I have one. Actually really pretty good.
To be fair I’ve not got it strung up yet as it need the profile adjust signed off. I keep saying “make it thinner!”
Let you know when it’s all together.

Messaged them on Reverb and they got back to me...

My dude wtf for the past six months every single day I spend at least 20 minutes searching for an existing neck like this and never have any luck so thank you for bringing them to my attention
Dumb as hell I never stumbled upon them myself though, at least lately. Either way they have chunky profiles and are affordable-ish and look right as far as I can tell RE: inlay shape! This rules, again, thanks for the hookup

I got one second hand off ebay not too long ago. It feels quite heavy but plays really nicely. The roasted colour is really good as well. There was nothing on it to indicate where it was made other than the Guitar Anatomy sticker in the heal.
