Jaguar lipsitck/strat pickguard
I want a pickguard to mount a strat size set of lipstick pickups.
Does anyone offer a compatible pickguard off the shelf?
Who has a website that would allow one to customize an order for a Jag guard with strat pickup routes?
My online searches are only turning up humbucker routes and standard routes with zany pickguard materials.

WD could probably do it.

WD is super fast and flexible with this kind of thing, and Decoboom are pretty good too. I'd personally avoid Pickguardian tbh.

Why can't any other site be as well designed and easy to use as Warmoth for ordering custom? If only Warmoth's pickguards fit Fender guitars.

I just ordered exactly this in black anodized aluminum to fit my Japanese Thinline Jag from Herad.
...To be able to at least try Strat sized open metal frames pickups (or Strat sized Lipsticks one day).
I suppose he can do it with regular AVRI anodized guards too. But I take it you want a regular plastic guard for it?

There's nothing "off the shelf" for this. It just isn't very common to see, or want a Jag with Strat pickups. The bodies aren't usually routed for them and the pickup spacing has to be compressed to fit the shorter scale. I can cut one if you want.

Just installed the open frame Strat-Jag hybrid pickups in my Thinline Jag. Pickguard came from Herad. Pickups from Q.

Those pickups are aesthetically spot-on with that guitar. Nicely done.MayTheFuzzBeWithYou wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 11:55 amJust installed the open frame Strat-Jag hybrid pickups in my Thinline Jag. Pickguard came from Herad. Pickups from Q.

Thank you! I thought about giving it a black set. But I like 'em too - especially the neck pu. The bridge pu is still acting a bit weird... to quiet overall - in comparison to my other guitars...marqueemoon wrote: ↑Sat Nov 20, 2021 11:57 am
