I know a bunch of us do builds with kit pieces and stuff, but I’m wondering if anybody does this stuff from scratch - constructing bodies and, more specifically, custom necks?
Is there an ADH spiritual successor? I’m having the worst time trying to find a neck for what I want to do, have hang ups on how Musikraft does theirs, and spending outrageous money on a vintage one is out of the question. I figure if I’m gonna be forced to have one made, I might as well get exactly what I want and I’d overwhelmingly prefer to give a fellow boarder some work as opposed to some bigger company somewhere
Do we have a currently-active ADH equivalent?

I feel like Deed_Poll is the new ADH. With an honorary shoutout to Beetl. But they both do more original designs rather than Fender-with-a-twist so it might not be what you're looking for.

ThePearDream is also getting into making his own necks and has made bodies for a while. I've got a ThePearDream / Doug-made body from 5ish years ago and it's awesome quality.

Yeah I just want a CBS Jaguar neck that actually is like a CBS Jaguar neck as opposed to whatever it is they use on the classic vibe thing. It’s been ridiculous to try and find that for some reason

Dan Miller is the guy I have do my guitar work and he has learned the dark art of guitar neck fabrication. He's not on OSG, but his work is really amazing (in case you end up needing another luthier). I have no affiliation apart from the work he has done for me.

I usually use PST Guitars for necks if I am not going more plain.

@Ceylon Thanks, I appreciate the shout out! I'd direct the OP to my OEM for something like this. Check with Brian at Sound Guitar Works to see if they have a CNC program for what you need. Thanks!
