This one is basically done. :D Turned out really well. Only thing to fix is middle is out of phase. I might leave it like that since it gives an interesting third sound. Other issue is my neck pickup screw holes are stripping out. I need to tooth pick them or some wood glue to fill them a bit so the screws grab better. Sounds great and I am happy with the looks. This is the first time I used 12's. Those are pretty stiff. Kinda cool though. I used a .25 degree shim, but the bridge is still barely off the body. Crazy! :D

What pickups are they? What is the plan with the other body? Do you have more stickers to do a second version? :O

The bridge is a Revel humbucker. The neck pickup is a low priced one I got off eBay. :) I have more stickers. Not sure what I want to do yet. The clear has been an ordeal with that one….

I fixed the mounting of the neck pickup. I decided to leave the out of phase middle for a different sound option. I also changed the .25 shim to a .5. The action is much nicer now. I kinda like the 12's. I don't do string bends or things like that. I like the stiffer string feel.

As far as my first blue body, I did three coats of minwax poly an hour apart as per the instructions on the can. Just letting that cure and dry and then it will get stickers. Good thing I have a ton of stickers. LOL These are fun. I have a set of P90 Jazzy pickups coming in for that one. Since they have two wires like normal Jazzies, I am going to do a series switch.

Thanks! I am excited about the other body. I don't want to mess with the body until the clear is cured. :) It will get there.

Body two is all done. :) It took me forever on this one. LOL The p90's sound really good. I am actually surprised on this one because every p90 I have tried has been sort of meh to me. Here are pictures. :D
