Arrived at Post Office in my town at 5:24 AM, just 20 minutes ago.
Getting closer and closer! woo-hoo!

FWIW, I ordered a tent (big and heavy) on Amazon that shipped from GB and it took a week. This little bridge has taken weeks. oh well, it should be here soon.
Having done GuitarForm for a number of years now, when we send full size parcels they can sometimes arrive in 2 days. But then, insured shipping options for large packages like that are going to start at around $100!

With the Tuffset, we decided early on that free shipping was going to be a big part of the model. This means economy shipping, or else having to charge a higher price for the product - with the coupons and so on, we've tried to find the right balance. But as a consequence, they do take a bit longer than they ideally would - especially when everyone including (or especially!) me is excited for everything to arrive and for you all to try your bridges for the first time.

With the latest wave we've added an option for express shipping to certain countries, and some customers have gone for that. It's an additional charge for a service that advertises 3-5 working days instead of 7-10. Apologies to those who would have taken this option first time around had it been available - the logistics side of things was always going to be a work-in-progress at this stage. I trust that they will be with you soon! Thank you all for your patience.

:)
Nothing you need to apologize for, Dan! US Customs is... A thing. I've had them not even glance at packages and then I've had them open packages and rummage through them (fortunately with no loss or damage) then reseal them. Their superpower is inconsistency. It also doesn't help that there were some major changes made to facility operations at USPS about 4-5 years ago that they're still trying to fix.

Amazing, awesome box. Really vintage looking. Reminds me of boxes I saw
back in the early 60s. Cool sticker, also. The thing inside is pretty cool too.
Well worth the wait, and the weight. haha

The US has been invaded by Britain again, but this time it's good!

Initial impressions are that the guitar's a touch brighter than it was previously with the first-generation Staytrem bridge, which I was actually kinda feeling this one needed. Setup obviously involves a bit more than just slapping a Mustang-style bridge on it with a preset radius, but it's also super simple and secure! It also feels nice to palm mute on.

Dan, don't be surprised if I end up ordering more sometime later in the year after I get some financial stuff sorted out. LOL

Amazing!! That Star Trek guitar concept really looks incredible with it, the overall effect is brilliant! Can I use the pics for the Instagram?

So glad it's arrived and jazzed you like it!!

Not surprised you opted to install the optional saucer sections!!

Mine has made it to Australia, and almost reached me yesterday.

I say ‘almost’ because the courier decided i wasn’t home (although I was), and then took it to a collection point over the other fucking side of town, instead of the nearest one. Sometime next week I'll have to trek over to pick it up.

My guess is that the courier just wanted to finish early on a Friday afternoon, and couldn’t be arsed delivering his parcels - it isn’t the first time. Why are some couriers such lazy dicks?

Sorry for rant, just keen to get my bridge.

Ah fuck. Yeah, they're uniformly useless.

I thought these would've just come regular mail and been delivered (or automatically carded in my case if I dared attempt to have it sent to my home address and not my parcel locker :D ) via Aus Post.

Dude it looks great!! Is that an aluminium pickguard!?

I've never been able to get a bridge cover to fit, I'm curious to see what you mean!
