I don t do anymore hazardous product at home,i have become a little sensibilised by z poxy odour,i can t support it ,since the open of thé bottle to thé end drying time i smell it and it give me headach
For paint also the only way is degaz in garage cause if not i smell it in thé all house and headach came ,the only closed by door place are my room,or bathroom ,not good place for diy stuff ;)
As my garage is not heated i have to be patient

the sun is here :w00t:
better weather then first zpoxy coat
Image
i have done it outdoor and let it dry outside too
i use it on soft wood to harden them ,poplar, basswood ,fraké ,and on mahogany cause the color is interresting in natural finish ,ash also to sand them more easy cause with the soft and hard veins is it a pain to sand then with z poxy on all the wood have more the same hardness and is less prone to have hole and bump in profil

now i have to look cats to avoid glued hair in ;)

Can I just say, your build is superb! This is my first post, and joined primarily for your build. Where did you get the plans from?

I can't help with plans, but Potvin Guitars sells an SGV template set that could get you/somebody most of the way there.

Yes, thank you very much!

You've gone to such effort in getting this build together ... I'm totally awestruck at your work!

Very cool build!
Especially your solution for the pickups.
Is the guitar finished yet?

This is an amazing build! Would it be possible to get the model for the pickups for 3d printing? I kind of want to try building the pickups as well! Or even if you know the model the bass pickups came from I could try looking that up.

Incredible work, Ludo!
The subtle differences (flat trem instead of what looks like an oversize bicycle pedal on the original, the slanted neck heel, etc.) make it even cooler than the original, whilst completely keeping its 1960's-futuristic vibes going. Really, really well done camarade :)
