Re: This week at Copacetic Customs...
Hey gang!
Been a while since my last update, been mostly finishing up strats and teles and boring black and white finishes, nothing i expected you guys to go crazy for. However this week i finally got to finish up some rad custom color offsets ive been working on and i know these are right up you guys' alley..
So without further adieu...
VM jaguar in Atlantis Aqua nitro with all upgraded Fender parts, setup with shim, etc. For when you cant decide between sherwood green, lake placid blue, and ocean turquoise...
Another VM jaguar similarly made over for Gary, a cool local customer. '59 Sherwood Green ftw!!
That does it for completed stuff this week, but in the next 1-2 weeks, you can expect an absolute flood of rad offsets. Here are some teaser pics to sate your curiosity..
Thanks as always for lending your eyeballs!

.. .
Refinished the headstock of this Willow Green Jazz Duo for smjenkins! Now it has the full "unreleased fender prototype" aesthetic
Btw don’t hold back on the photos of black and white guitars…they are just as beautiful as the metallics and such!

Re: This week at Copacetic Customs...
Howdy do everybody!
Been insanely busy the past couple weeks (not that im complaining) and work is coming my way at such a high rate i'll probably soon have to go on a bit of a waiting list. Guitars are quite literally stacking up around here!
Managed to get a few really cool ones finished up this week, including the two marauder builds so many people including myself have been eagerly anticipating seeing. I have to give a quick shoutout to Jason (Shadoweclipse13) for his help with figuring out the wiring for these complex beauties, you are a gentleman in the truest sense sir!
Without further adieu...
Fender/Feelgood/Guitar Form Marauder II - Wild Orchid Purple Metallic Nitro
Fender/Feelgood/Guitar Form Marauder II - Alpine Green Metallic Nitro
Finally finished up the "Fender Chihuahua" for Sam, a fellow forum member! A tribute to his best pal, whose face is on the neck plate! :-)
Thats all for now folks. More cool offsets to come next week

Re: This week at Copacetic Customs...
Whew, another all-nighter 18-hour-straight polish and assembly madness session later, I have another gaggle of cool offsets to share with the OSG gang.
Finished up my first Jagstang "done right" build in Oldsmobile '59 Burgundy Mist nitro
Fiesta Red NOS Japan Jaguar body swap. (originally Lake Placid Blue, so owner still has orig. body if he ever wants a change)
Competition Red lite relic Mustang Bass for Nate (fatter comp stripes were requested by customer ok!)
Matched the headstock of this sweet MIJ Fender competition mustang bass. Very hard to get this color right as the original paint had aged/faded over 25 years but im very pleased with the results!
A light/medium relic Fiesta Red Jag body & headstock i painted for Cole, a local cat
And finally, i finished up this lightly aged Sonic Blue NOS nitro finish on this J Mascis Jazzmaster for another local cat, Will.
I'm exhausted to say the least. Gonna hibernate for a day or two, get some stuff shipped out, and then its back to work! I've gotten to the point of working on almost exclusively offset guitars and I basically feel like a pig in shit everyday
P.S. Thanks for all the love ive been getting in DMs and such from the Marauders! I'm happy to say i have pre-sold another one before even starting the paint work!

Re: This week at Copacetic Customs...
This looks almost exactly like the checking on my '65 LPB JM!
P.S. are left-handed Mustang plates readily available? I feel like I could do a pretty great Jagstang Done Right shape with a reverse control plate!

Anyone else secretly look forward to seeing Copacetic's pics?

Re: This week at Copacetic Customs...
Always. It also doesn't help that I'm biased at the moment, as he's finishing 2 of mine. I've had some sneak peaks of some others though
