I've been wanting a set of these for a long time to put into my Classic Vibe Jazzmaster. Long and McQuade here in Canada says they'll finally be back in stock at the end of the month. Now I'm trying to decide if I want them after all, or if I should look at Tone Hatch or Q pickups or another small builder instead.

Why not just give the J Mascis a shot? You’ll never know whether you’ll like a pickup or not until you try them for yourself.
