Say what you want, but after 13+ years of being on this forum and seeing the thousands of various techniques people use to sort the inherent bridge issues that have plagued JMs and Jags for 60 years...I definitely thought it was kinda funny that the OP did all that before reading the instructions properly on one of the easiest 'fixes' out there for these guitars *shrugs shoulders*

No snark intended; I just rail against the over-complicating of things that has always been here to a point, but seems to be more prevalent nowadays.

As long as you're (still) enjoying the guitar that's all that matters.
