On the Special HH Jag there is a killswitch instead of a rythm switch, I want to completely remove the switch since it has no function to me and I keep hitting it by mistake. I have removed the actual wires to the switch but I'm not sure what to do next, do I just ground all of the wires that I desoldered?

The switch takes the single hot wires from each pickup and connects them either to ground (kill) or to the neck/bridge ON/OFF switches. If you remove/de-activate the kill switch, you need to hardwire the latter connections between each pickup hot and its ON/OFF switch. ie connect red-to-red and black-to-green.
