I am currently assembling a baritone with a Jazzmaster body and a soon-to-arrive 28.5''-ish conversion neck. The Jazzmaster currently has a Staytrem bridge but I am thinking about getting a Staytrem Bass VI bridge to use in place of it. One reason for doing this, rather than just reusing the Staytrem I already have, is that it does not look like the lowest saddle will accommodate a 64-70 gauge string without modification (i.e. the slot seems too narrow), and I am hesitant to do that.
My question is, does the Bass VI bridge use the same post spacing and size as the Jazzmaster bridge?

Re: Bass VI Bridge Question
The Staytrem Bass VI bridge post spacing should be the same than the Jazzmaster one, but string spacing is different on mine (55mm vs 52mm). Note that they also make 52mm Bass VI bridges now.
