Lake Placid blue Fender Jazzmaster 1964
I have a vintage 1964 Fender Jazzmaster Lake Placid blue refinished. Was wondering how much I could get for in the open market. Thanks.

Hi, welcome to offsets guitars!
On ebay, you will find that if the JM has alll original parts and is in otherwise good condition, and you have a good profile, take good detailed pics and provide a good description, you may get roughly 2.5k or more - just remember ebay can be very strange sometimes. If some parts are replacements (tuners, pots, pickups, case etc.), the price you'll get will decrease accordingliy. If you sell it in a store, you should get substantually more (but wait longer), depending where it is.

I saw those going for 4k once, but that's criminal. You could prolly go 2k-3k since it's pre-CBS.
