Some of the makers in this thread have built to order guitars, may be of interest to you:

I keep seeing Baum guitars in my newsfeeds. I believe they're Danish. They do some very classy looking offsets which look beautiful even if the style isn't the aesthetic I would usually go for.

Italy, just a sample

https://deimelguitarworks.com/?v=d2cb7bbc0d23 in Germany, who I think make the nicest looking offsets, just way out of my budget range!

Also Kithara guitars up the north of Ireland: https://www.kitharaguitars.com/

There's a great luthier building under a brand Wolf Guitars here in Czech Republic. I know the guy and his skill and attention to detail is insane. He just launched his first offset model, The Velvet. I did a quick demo of the first production piece here

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQiEnCDB3BM

He doesn't have a website yet, but I'll post more photos and info if interested :)

if I remember correctly, the specs are following:
Chambered pine body with walnut top and binding
Maple neck with rosewood fretboard
Dussenberg trem and bridge
3x Tuma Pickups p90 Alnico 5 (custom hand wound pickups made here in CZ)
Very nice! I'm looking for more of a JM copy, but others might be interested. That's a sweet sounding guitar!

Baum has a nice style. That deep sea Leaper Tone with gold hardware is :? !

Nice finds. It is such a great time to be a guitar player. We have so many more options now than just the big F, G, & P.

Potentially reviving this thread to see if any noteworthy new European offset builders have popped up since 2014. I'm considering Haar for a custom build, but would like to see more options out there.
There's one man shop in Finland called Vuorensaku Guitars:
https://www.vuorensaku.fi/

He has his T-style offset series that can be had with a lot of customization. He told me that basically the body shape and headstock are set but otherwise you can customize a lot. He has made stuff like guitar with in built spring reverb and in built effects etc..

I just visited the guy and he will make a Baritone neck to one of my guitars .

I dig the German carve on a lot of the Vuorensaku models. Very cool builder!

Stumbled across these guys down the road from me in Peckham, London. Couple of cool offsets a la St Vincent Ernie Ball/small reverse firebird:

I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?
