The seller believes this to be a NOS Jaguar bridge from approximately 1970. But in looking at it I have a couple of questions for the experts here:
1) I thought the two holes for the height adjustment looked a little different on the original bridges.
2) The threaded legs are black, shouldn't they be chrome, stainless steel or whatever? (see pic under "more images").
It looks a lot like a reissue piece to me, except for the different-sized threads
Is this really a 1970 Jag/JM bridge?

Definitely a Reissue. Even Mustangs from the late '70s had the rounded over height adj. holes.

Re: Is this really a 1970 Jag/JM bridge?
The bridges did change in the late 60s to something that looks like an intermediate between the pre-CBS ones and the RI ones. The one in the link looks like a reissue to me.
Here's a pic of the late 60s type (with re-issue saddles) next to a reissue (which just donated its saddles). I should have put my '64 bridge on there as well, but I couldn't be bothered to take the strings off ).
