This is amazing… :w00t:

I’ve always wondered quite what your collection was like. Every time you post a photo there’s always another guitar just in the corner of the shot :)

We probably need amps too, btw.
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

Two things that have been made abundantly clear to me:
...you need to buy shares in D'addario/Ernie Ball/etc
Just D'Addario - they last quite a while! ;D

Thanks very much! :)

Someone should start a "Post Pics of Your Amp Family" in the Amps section. 8) I'll need a day or so to recover first. :derp: Alleve is going to be a very good friend tonight and tomorrow... :-[

Dumb question but what’s the black single-cutaway Gibson/Epiphone with the P90s?

Not a dumb question! Thanks for asking - it's a 1998 Gibson ES-135 with P100 (stock stacked hum-cancelling) pickups. Apparently, they tend to squeal at high volumes. Gibson switched out these pickups for PAF '57 humbuckers later on in the run. Historically, the original ES-135 was introduced in 1956 then discontinued in 1958. It was reintroduced in 1991 and then discontinued in 2004.

Back in 2001, while living in San Francisco, I bought a 1999 Gibson ES-135LE (Limited Edition) with PAF '57 humbuckers. I had just watched the Ken Burns Jazz documentary so I wanted a Jazz box. Foolishly, I moved it on back in 2007 or so. :fp:

I did a thread about this a while back when I bought my current ES-135. I don't think I had the correct dates then because I hadn't checked the GIbson Product Dating webpage or realized when the Jazz documentary was released. Posting all this info tonight had me playing timeline detective. I should dig that one up and update it. 8)

Not enough green. You need more guitars.

I'll work on it! :D I'm partial to blue. I love Sherwood Green but my refin'd Squier VM Jag isn't the best representation of it. I'm taking a bit of a hiatus from Surf Green. I don't mind the newer "Cadillac Green" from Gretsch like mine but I prefer the more vibrant Cadillac Green from earlier Gretsch guitars.

Accidentally ended up with 2 new guitars since staying at my parents for a bit. Buying things definitely brings happiness… that’s me back to 7 again. Damn.

I decided to put a parchment guard on my Marrguar, which I like a lot better than the stock stark white. Makes it look a bit more lived in.

Here's my wall of Offsets. The AV65 just got a new Lavaguard. The other Jag and Jazzmaster are Vinteras, the Jazzmaster with a Catswhisker WRHB. Above are a Traditional 70s Mustang and a JMJ Mustang bass.

My current stable, not including any of the builds currently in pieces.

All 29.75-30.3" scale. Most tuned to A, with a couple tuned lower
