That sunburst Jag is sexy. Is it a refin?

It is, yes. It was originally sunburst, then had a bad poly sunburst refin which was eventually stripped and re-refinned back to former glory by Rexter guitars.
It's scarily accurate to an old original target burst.
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

Yes than it's the one I saw on his FB page. Indeed it is spot on. Only slight giveaway is that it looks like a nos finish (compared to the neck)johnnysomersett wrote: ↑Sun Nov 14, 2021 9:43 amIt is, yes. Re: Post pics of your guitar family
It's not quite a NOS close up. It's got some checking and a few small dents and chips so it doesn't look crazy new. With a bit of arm sweat and my usual clumsiness it'll get some more wear and tear pretty quickly.

Re: Post pics of your guitar family
Hi from Waterford in miserable Ireland. Been playing and collecting offsets a long time, gained a few and lost a few over the years. Heres my current team.
I made a mess of trying to post this in my introduction, bit rusty. (cant figure out how to delete or edit my posts either lol)
anyway:
L-R
Fender "wolf", custom offset with bigsby, guitar mill neck, mahogany jazzmaster shaped body, fralin p-90s (very chime-y sound)
Ranaldo Signature (will upgrade pups to cuniffe eventually but they are so expensive)
Avri Jag with antiquity 1 pups. My "go to" guitar. (might go back to the tortoise guard, bored of the mint one)
Mij jazzmaster 2004 with antiquity 2 pups (I HATE the colour of this guitar but it plays lovely and has a third v.u album type sound with flatwounds)
"Rowland S Howard" tribute Jag made from Johnny Marr jag body and CIJ jag neck with antiquity 2 pups, pickguardian tort guard and nitro refinish. (this guitar sounds incredible)
Apart from the wolf they're all upgraded with better electronics and the excellent staytrem bridges/trem arms. I'm not a fan of mastery bridge. Tried it, hated it.

Selling a few guitars. Thought I’d take a photo of them all together.
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?
