That TVL body with the D&B neck is gorgeous. Any better pics?

Stunning, the TVL is one of the best guitars Fender has made in the last 20 years.

Oxblood red is a really cool color. It goes from looking almost black to blood red depending on light.

No offsets in my family, unfortunately, but I still think I have some fun stuff.

Image

L to R:
60s (unknown exact year) Silvertone 1446 with a Compton Aluminum Bridge and direct replacement tuners for the originals that were crumbling. Otherwise, completely stock.
Early 80s Yamaha Studio Lord SL450S with: Compton Aluminum Bridge, Bigsby B7 and DiMarzio 36th Anniversary Pickups
2020 Gibson G45 Standard - pulled the electronics, replaced the saddle with a bone saddle, bone bridge pins, and Kluson 3-on-a-strip vintage style tuners (because Grovers can go to hell.)
Parts Tele - MJT Pine body, WD all Rosewood neck. Bootstrap Palo Duro in the bridge, Bootstrap Pretzel in the neck.
G&L Tribute L2000 Bass - Stock.

Technically, the G&L bass is offset- so I guess I won't object.

I'm already afraid of next year's 60th Anniversary Jaguar Models!

Thank you!
I used Bakelite knobs from the store I get my pcbs from... they are like 85cents to 1€ a piece depending on the exact model.
https://www.musikding.de/Bakelit-Knopf-20mm-creme - but I'm 100% you can get these kobs elsewhere!

I changed them to give it a little contrast and also a little because I missed that the stock knobs had a screw and broke bottom of the knob while trying to get it off! :fp:

Is it the lens or does that Toronado have like 12” scale? Looks so small

Yes, the body started out as a classic Telemaster... but I don't like those aesthetics very much (especially the Tele-control plate) and decided to make something else out of it! :-)
As my technician didn't have the time to make the routings I made the necessary modifications myself and by hand.

You can read a bit more about it over here:

It is the same scale as a Les Paul. Tiny neck compared to a Jazzy. :)
