Progress has been slow but it's starting to take shape.
Anyone wanna play the guessing game?

That guitar has got the same name as you!
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

I’m gonna out on a limb here: is it a Jazzmaster style build?

Actually no. Just thinking now if this even qualifies as an "Offset" guitar come to think of it. I'm sure the discussion has already been had about NR Firebirds (which this body is clearly based on), if it doesn't then feel free to move this thread.

Neither Firebird is technically offset by Fender standards, but they’re both great guitars.

What sort of wood is that, Gary?

Good point! I was lulled into a false JM trap. Didn’t notice the waist.

NR Firebird content is super exciting! I’m in love with them right now. Even been considering a Chinese build to get some left handed parts.

What is it gonna be?

A good question, one that might give away the location of the builder.
It's Queensland Maple.

It's a NR Firebird of sorts but it will not have a Gibson scale length.

If it’s a baritone N/R Firebird that’s the coolest thing I’ve seen in a long time.
