Always loved all the custom colors that were offered on the AV/AVRI 62 series. Unfortunately, by the time I was in the market for an AV62 Jazzmaster, only OW,3TSB, and Black were available. Nonetheless, my 2011 Olympic White AV62 Jazzmaster still looks great to me and more importantly, is a great player.
I'd hate to think what I might be willing to pay for a minty AV62 JM in Sherwood Green.......

Re: Fender American Vintage/American Original colors?
I got a white one 10 years ago when Fender closed the AVRI’s out. I loved it so much I got a black one when they could sometimes still be found under a grand used. Then no one wanted Aztec gold so I got a screaming deal on an AV65. And then I began really yearning for fiesta red and I thought I’d,piece one together but 4 years ago I found one in Japan, so now I have 3 AVRI’s and 1 AV65. Heh, I haven’t warmed up to gold either and I’ve had that guitar for 7 years now. I’d love to turn the AV65 into another AVRI some day or maybe one of these lovely new AVII66.

LOL! You managed to get quite a collection! I’ve been holding out for a LPB one, but I always miss them whenever Fender offers them.redchapterjubilee wrote: ↑Fri Sep 30, 2022 2:43 amI got a white one 10 years ago when Fender closed the AVRI’s out. I’m a trader guy. Forever buying and selling (though I’ve slowed way down in the last few years). I slowly bought and sold my way upwards to those 4 US made JM’s.
