The screw head only. Came from the shop like that. I don't even know if I can unscrew it since it barely peeks above the plate.

Congrats! Tuning stability is perfectly fine with the Les Trem II. It's a Tru-Arc bridge, made by my one of my Gretsch fan friends, Tim Harmon - https://www.truarcbridgeworks.com/. The Tru-Arc and the Compton are comparable - both are well regarded. My brass bridge adds a bit more chimey-ness to it for me. Love it!
