Anyone tell me more about this guitar?
I've owned this little thing from new, bought at a whopping discount in Denmark Street some time in the mid 90s. It's a short-scale, Japanese-made guitar with an integral speaker, fuzz, and (mild) tremelo, and seems to be made by the Christmas Guitar Company. I've never seen or found another like it online.
If anyone has any knowledge about this company, it'd be great to know. It's probably time to move it on - spot the odd one out:

I have nothing to add apart from a) that's cool and b) it's worth probably so little you might as well keep it

No info on that guitar, I‘m sorry - but wow - what a collection!
(Where) can I see more pics of the Thinline Jag with the Tortoise Pickguard?

Maybe I'll hang on to it, although I think the collection is probably complete without it. The recently launched 'Jazzblaster' had me salivating: https://www.gearnews.com/fender-japan-t ... zzblaster/
The Thinline Jag is my everyday guitar, along with the '87 Jazzmaster. It has a Mastery bridge as well as the new scratchplate so it's a little different.

Interesting that the headstock says Fox, because it immediately brought to mind some toy-like Vox guitars I remember from a few decades back, with similar in-built speaker and FX.
Edit: I was of course thinking of the Vox Apache and Apache 2, whose price point suggests they weren't really toys after all.

I did a bit of googling and didn't get too far.

^ I used Google Chrome to translate and it looks like they were manufactured by www.fujigen.co.jp/ but no other details.
Cool guitar!

There was one of those on eBay recently. May still be there if anyone can track it down.

Will have a browse around eBay. As to the switches, the toggle turns the (gentle) tremelo on and off. The pick-up selector has three settings - off (as per the photos), middle (which turns on the internal speaker and lights up the red LED), and fuzz (which engages a mild, buzzy but not unpleasant circuit).

When it's off, does the signal go out the jack instead?
Also, love your rug. Is rassing a thing?
