Oh that's nice and looks way better than all the other pics. I was considering one of these but was unsure since I didn't get to try out one at the Music store yesterday... I would have switched out the pickguard, definitely, for a cream one.

...but, ok I'll fess up, I ordered a charcoal one. :ph34r:

I ordered a silver anodized aluminum pickguard . I’m waiting for it ;-)

Love it! I bought the Charcoal Frost Metallic one a couple of weeks ago (see my NGD post) and this one was sat next to it in the shop! These Squier CV Jags not only look amazing - they play nicely and sound great! I hope you love yours as much as I'm loving mine!

I canceled my order and decided to put a Bilinda Stang together instead... honestly I'm kind of wishing I didn't cancel now! It looks great!

Besides the finish, is there any difference with the CV 70s models? I checked on Fender site and I'd swear the specs are identical.
