Oh ffs! Now I'm gonna have to buy one of these.
Bring on the non-vintage sized blocks haters.
I think it must be the lighting or something but I can't see a truss rod hole on the headstock.
Could it actually be at the heel? I doubt it but would be cool.

Squier FSR Jags and JMs this year are insane! I can’t even remember any American Pro Jags / JMs that came with matching headstocks.

That’s gorgeous.
I just really don’t care for the laurel squire uses and the narrow tall frets.
But goddamn that is pretty.
Wish it was a vintera 60s FSR

Actually I like the B&B cv vi necks a lot better than the cv dot necks so I might have to take a chance on this.
Will Andertons be getting these?

In the rest of the pics on the website, you can't see it in the headstock or the heel, so who knows where it is? Neck still has a skunk stripe though.

If it's anything like this year's FSR Jags (of which I am a lucky owner) the truss rod hole is painted too. On mine which is a darker colour it's barely visible unless you're looking.
I haven't even looked at this year's FSR JMs - partly because I was definitely in the market for a Jag. This one does look absolutely stunning.

I think I'm sold on this one, looks amazing and I'm very happy they have got what I would call the right lake placid blue nailed. In the past its been the slightly washed out variant.
I would bet the truss rod access will 100% be on the headstock as per all of the other squiers this will be based on. Just hard to see with the darker blue.
I think this fsr will just be a cosmetic variation of the 40th anniversary lake placid blue model which is out there now:

big like for me too...
Except...why do *almost* all the new guitars have narrow tall frets? I just don't like them.
If I was a byrd, I'd be mighty sore every time they shut the door and I don't think I'd sing...
