I don’t know what’s going on but my son has a 10 year old Chinese made squire affinity tele that cost £80 s/h…the neck is perfect on it…and it sounds good. Hardware is poor but still usable.

Checked out a few Squier Jazzmasters at Long and McQuade this afternoon. The 40th anniversary in gold/lpb, the desert sand, and the seafoam vintage. All of them had the same setup with a high bridge. So I dunno. Mine still plays fine.

Oh i got that baby few weeks back. Rewired and wax potted the pups plus puisheen set up, witch hat knobs up and bridge cover. Now it’s nice.

Bumping this because I just ordered one from CME...they gave me 10% off so I couldn't resist...fingers crossed mine doesn't have QC issues :D
