So I’ve seen enough posts and photos now to know that something is off with the rhythm circuit cavity in the Vintera jazzmasters. Replacement pick guards that “fit” still let a bit of the cavity peak out from underneath. I’ve had two aftermarket pick guards myself with this condition. The decoboom one is way better/bigger than the cheap Amazon one from musiclily but still doesn’t fully cover. I haven’t tried official fender yet because I can’t seem to find one in parchment.
But is there really that much of a difference in the size of the cavity or is it actually an aftermarket pick guard issue?
Has anyone found a replacement pick guard that 100% covers the upper cavity of the Vintera Jazzmaster?
This is my first post btw, as I work on upgrading my first offset. Been getting tons of great info from this community the whole time. Much appreciated!

Does the stock pickguard leave a gap too? If not, I'd take that or send it off to someone who cuts custom guards. My custom Jag gaurd in parchment cost £30

That’s a pretty good idea. I don’t remember seeing the gap there. It’s really so minuscule it wouldn’t take much more to cover it. I’ll have to have a look for something like that.

I don't know if they are routed differently, but I used Stratosphere to get the pickguard for my Vintera Mod and it fit:
I did have to remove some of the guard for the bridge to fit, but that wouldn't be a problem for the '60s Vintera.

How did you make room for the bridge? I mean, what kind of material did you use?

I don't know where you're based, but I ordered this one in the UK and it fit perfectly:
