Ooh, and it has a matching headstock! That answers my biggest question about the Custom Colours.DavidG wrote: ↑Sun Sep 25, 2022 10:06 amSomeone else posted this on another forum. Some photos, I spy the dakota jazzmaster (photo a bit small): https://www.seamusblackwell.com/work-1/ ... vintage-ii

Damn the Dakota red JM looks so nice! I wish the JM and Jag got multiple years like the tele and strat do so that we could have some options between B&B vs unbound and dotted necks and plain vs painted headstocks.
My CV 70’s FSR Jazzmaster is essentially a Squier version of these. I already have an AV65 so idk if I should get one of the new AV II’s or gun for a legit pre-65 vintage one at this point to round out my stable of offsets lol

I don’t know how they wouldn’t have a Jaguar, after just doing the 60th Anniversary ones, and those selling out so quickly. If true, this is seriously a bummer.sunburster wrote: ↑Sat Sep 24, 2022 5:22 pmNo Jaguar is a surprise, and a huge bummer, if true. Looks like only the Jazz Bass has a matching headstock, which is another bummer, if true.

I hope this is the case. Well, I’m fine if there are multiple versions of Jazzmasters. I just want a Jaguar. And I’d be super cool w a ‘66 version of the Jaguar.wooderson wrote: ↑Sun May 22, 2022 1:10 pmMondaysoutar wrote: ↑Sun May 22, 2022 1:42 amHope so. I like jaguars, but can’t see it man. Especially right away anyway, as I say.
The AV/AVRI/AO line has continually had a Jaguar counterpart to the Jazzmaster, really no reason to believe they won't this time. If anything, it's more likely the '58 Jazzmaster is a fiction and both offsets will be '66ish.
