Wildwood "Thin Skin" Jaguar Question

Hey guys - I'm working on a guitar for a friend. It's a US made '65 Reissue in shell pink with matching headstock. Was this color ever available from Fender outside of the Wildwood special runs? I'm assuming it's a thin skin but I wanted to make sure. Thanks.

I want to say FCS maybe, but shell pink with matching headstock I dont think so.

I found out more info that it's kind of a cobbled together thing - my friend has a contact at Fender and they basically threw it together for him. So it's not a custom shop per se but kind of?
