Nice to finally see some close up shots of it.
The control plate shape still annoys me but I guess that's my problem, ha.

They re-shaped it. It looks wonky. It's on all the new Mexican and now Japanese Mustangs.

jag-stang.com now has a Mexican Jag-stang in its registry, so at least someone has got their hands on one. Perhaps the place they bought it from jumped the gun, but at least one is out there.

Actual guitars are all over reverb now, some shops have stopped using the stock photos and now are posting actual pics.
