I've used the Graphtec Tusq and black graphite coated saddles for years, plus their graphite nuts work the best in my trem guitars.
Same! I've got saddles on a few guitars and TusQ nuts all over the place.

I even sent my brother this pic and said "Hey, check out my nut bag." 😂

Just sometimes seeing the product picture and seeing the product in actual use are two different things, ya know?
Possibly. :D Shoot me a PM.

Thanks but I bought a couple of black Graphtecs, preference. I have a full Wenge WD licensed Strat neck that I may try out on the JM.
Just because I get bored easily and have it laying around in a box, all prepped, except for the nut.

Sometimes I'm bored and try to do those types of things. Then the kids start asking questions like "Can you make me lunch?" and "Can you make my sister stop using me like a trampoline?" and I have to divert. 🤪

My kids will be 33 and 27 when I'm 63 so I'll probably have grandkids crawling all over the house at that point. LOL

My sons 38 and 35 don't want kids. I live vicariously through my women grandkids.

So with the cleaning up of the trems fulcrum plate and a properly shaped perch cup, I should be able to get pretty good stability with normal vibrato style trem use?

I don't dive bomb, even with my Floyds

I bought one of these neck on eBay. They're nice and chunky. Goes well with my Jazzmaster Antigua build.

I picked up one of those necks on Reverb. It's huge yet feels great in the hand.

This is my Sq JM since it's recent surgery. Added the all wenge neck. It's a WD licensed neck for a Strat, 21 fret, graphite nut Hipshot staggered lockers. Wenge feels grainy and slick all at one. I spent an hour rolling the fret ends and polishing the fret with Stew Mac abrasive erasers. The neck plays fater than the original.

Niiiice! That's a thing of beauty!

What'd you do with the original neck? Or are you like me and bought some parts to stick together? :w00t:

I still have it for now. Back in the box the wenge neck came out of.

The color with that neck really pops. I might have to pick up one of those bodies...the color is really bright and neat. I wonder what it would look like with an obnoxiously red pickguard.
