Searching “common” terms?
Is it possible to override the ignore function for these terms? When you search, for instance, “old blue overdrive,” it ignores “old” and “blue” because they are “too common,” and only searches for “overdrive,” which is completely worthless. Is there any way to get around this?

Re: Searching “common” terms?
I've had more luck using a simple Google search followed by 'offset guitar forum' than using our actual search function.
The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

This. To see results specific to this site only, use something like the following
"old blue overdrive" site:offsetguitars.com
in the Google search field.
"I don't know why we asked him to join the band 'cause the rest of us don't like country music all that much; we just like Graham Lee."

Mods, is this topic worth sticky-ing? The question comes up semi-regularly.

People will still ask. Likely at least once a week. Just like the "how do I add photos?" posts
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

Re: Searching “common” terms?
Thanks y’all! I’ve been hanging around over 15 years now, and this was (somehow) my first unsearchable search.
