Surfguitar101 has a simple, visible yet unobtrusive link for donations on the sidebar:
When you click "donate now", it takes you to a dedicated page:
There's also a donor hall of fame thing, which I'm sure OSG could do without.
I realize that particular format's probably not compatible with OSG's layout, but the general idea is quite well done.
