OSG site slow to respond?

It’s been up and down for me all morning.
The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

It's been off and on for days. I reached out to luau, but he's not feeling well and heading to the doctor now so he's unable to investigate at the moment. Thanks for everyone's patience.

I've dialed back the rate limiting, which yielded positive results last time, to 128Kib/s from 256 KiB/s, and will continue to monitor. After some effort I've experienced some consecutive slow loads personally so I've got some concrete data points to look at in the logs.
